  • Personalized, custom-made, or digital products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
