All Sales Are Final

At Furidian Lifestyle®, many of our products are made to order, custom-produced, or fulfilled specifically for each customer.

For this reason, all sales are final, except for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualify for a remedy under applicable law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Changes of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Personal preference

  • Accidental orders that have entered production

  • Personalized or custom-made merchandise

  • Digital products that have been delivered

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and customization details carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, whenever possible.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

The 7-day reporting period helps us resolve issues promptly and does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Replacement or Refund

For verified manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors, we may offer a replacement or refund, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs when we require a return because of a verified defect, damage, or fulfillment error.

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.

Order Cancellations

Because many products enter production shortly after purchase, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
